Couples Therapy

Today you are one step closer to a new relationship where you and your partner feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help couples reconnect with each other and rediscover their relationship. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your relationship for the future. By applying therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you and your partner back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful relationship.

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client, seeking the common goals of inspiring change and improving quality of life. I see clients from all backgrounds experiencing a wide variety of issues, but I see particular growth with my clients who suffer from anxiety. Together we will build coping mechanisms and tools to help you find peace in your day to day life. I feel it is essential to create a safe, supportive space where my clients may explore challenges while developing new insights and skills to move them towards positive solutions. My goal with each client is to uncover their true potential and lead a life they want to celebrate.
