Meet the Therapist

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years' experience working with people from many different backgrounds and cultures. I am currently serving as a private practitioner specializing in marital, couple and relationship therapy. I also focus on treating individuals suffering from anxiety. I received my undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in Psychology and a Master's in Behavioral Science at Kean University. In addition to my Master’s degree, I also received a Professional Diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am licensed in the state of New Jersey and certified in Divorce Mediation, as well as Career Counseling.

My therapeutic approach is to provide support and therapeutic interventions to help couples and individuals effectively address relationship and personal life challenges. I integrate family systems methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each couple and individual. With compassion and understanding, I work with each couple and individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. It is always an honor and a privilege when a person trusts me with their most personal feelings and emotions.
